In Microsoft Publisher Help, the following topics do not provide the correct instructions for how to install support for other languages on your computer:
Add multilanguage support
Add Asian and Pan-European language support

To install multilanguage support, follow these steps:
1.Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

NOTE: In Microsoft Windows XP, click Start and then click Control Panel.
2.Open Add/Remove Programs.
3.Click Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and Internet Tools.
4.Click Add/Remove.
5.Click Add a Component.
6.Scroll to the bottom of the components list, and then click to select the check boxes for the languages for which you want to add support.
7.Click Next.
8.After Microsoft Windows completes installing the components, click Finish.
9.Restart the computer.
