When you stop the default Network News Transfer Protocol (NNTP) Virtual Server service and then restart the computer, the default NNTP Virtual Server service also restarts.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the ServerAutoStart property of the default NNTP Virtual Server service is set to 1 when the NNTPSVC process starts during a restart of the computer.
