Filter that uses "Tracking Status" returns incorrect results in Outlook

If you filter your Sent Items folder or other e-mail folder by using Tracking Status criteria (for example, showing all messages where the delivery receipt indicates "read"), the filter results may not display all of the messages that meet this criterion.
