WORKAROUND To work around this problem, use either of the following
methods. Method 1: Clear the "In folders other than the Inbox, save replies with original message" Check BoxTo clear the In folders other than the Inbox, save replies with original message check box:
Method 2: Force a Send and Receive ActionIf you must have the In folders other than the Inbox, save replies with original message check box selected, clear the Outbox by forcing a send and receive action. Set Outlook to synchronize send and receive messages with the server every five minutes:
