Office Assistant or the Answer Wizard, and then click Search to view the topics that are returned. SYMPTOMS If you select Farsi or Urdu in the Language dialog box (click Language on the Tools menu), the next time you view the Language settings, the selected language has changed to one of the Arabic
dialects, such as:

MORE INFORMATION The Language setting does not translate text into other languages. Rather, it
tells PowerPoint what language a certain portion of text is. If the appropriate
spelling dictionaries are available, PowerPoint can check the spelling in the
selected language. A spelling dictionary is available if a check mark with the
letters ABC appears beside the selected language in the Language dialog box.
