SUMMARY

When you use Page view to open an HTML page from a FrontPage Web, FrontPage 2002 displays the page, along with a list of folders in the Web and a list of other views that are available. This article describes how to make the page appear full screen, to facilitate editing.

Edit a Page Using Full Screen View

To view the page full screen in Page view, follow these steps:
  1. Open the page that you want to display as full screen.
  2. Hide the Folder List. To do this, click to clear Folder List (if it is selected) on the View menu.
  3. Hide the Views Bar. To do this, click to clear Views Bar (if it is selected) on the View menu.
Now you have the full width of the screen in which to edit your page. If you want to display the Folder List or the Views Bar, repeat steps 2 and 3.

You can manipulate the display of the Folder List and the Views Bar on a window-by-window basis. To create a new window to the same Web, click New Window on the Window menu. A separate instance of FrontPage appears on the Windows taskbar for each new window.
