Improvement 1

This update enables Silverlight to fully interoperate with the desktop mode of Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 8.1. After the update is installed, Silverlight can run in Enhanced Protected Mode and may report unavailable features to you.

Improvement 2

This update enables Silverlight to report unavailable features to you when you use Silverlight applications on Safari 7 browsers on a Macintosh computer that is running Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks. After the update is installed, Silverlight may report unavailable features to you when you run Silverlight applications in the Safari Sandbox.
