If the diagnostic tool identifies the GL records that are invalid, you will be prompted whether or not to include the details of the GL records when you send the diagnostic results to Microsoft Support.

Note

This choice is completely separate from the choice at the end of the diagnostic to send results to Microsoft. At the end of the diagnostic, choose to upload the diagnostic results to Microsoft regardless of what you choose on the window shown above. The base diagnostic results sent to Microsoft will let Support know whether or not any invalid Dynamics SL records were found.
