RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, upgrade to the latest version of the HP DesignJet 750c printer driver, which you can download from the Hewlett-Packard Web site. To temporarily work around this problem, set the custom page size by using the Printers icon in Control Panel. If you set the custom page size for your system as a whole, Visio uses the correct paper size.
