SYMPTOMS

If you use another program to turn on Balloon Help and you switch programs to Microsoft Outlook 2001 for Mac, Balloon Help is turned off for all programs.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

If you want to turn Balloon Help back on, switch back to another program that supports Balloon Help, and then click Show Balloons. Balloon Help turns off again if you switch back Outlook 2001 for Mac.
