When you are connected to a SharePoint Portal Server workspace over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection (using a URL with the HTTPS prefix), if you initiate a search in a document folder and you use a "this folder" search scope, the search may not return the names of the documents or subfolders inside the folder.

To work around this problem, use the "this site" search scope to locate folder contents when you are connected over an SSL connection.
