In some situations, you may want to view the administrative note for all of the servers in the Servers container; however, the Administrative Note field in Exchange System Manager may not be viewable. When you click Columns on the View menu in the Servers container, the only columns that are available to view may be Name, Server Version, and Modified.
CAUSE
This problem can occur because the Administrative Note field is not exposed in Exchange System Manager by design.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the
