"An error (920) occurred during the action Save As" error message when you save a Visio 2002 drawing in a graphic file format

When you save a Microsoft Visio drawing in a graphic file format, you receive the following error message: If you subsequently use the Save As command, you receive the following error message:

This problem occurs when you save in one of the following graphic file formats:

• Computer Graphics Metafile (*.cgm)
• Encapsulated Postscript File (*.eps)
• IGES Drawing File Format (*.igs)
• Macintosh PICT Format (*.pct)
• Postscript File (*.ps)
• Zsoft PC Paintbrush Bitmap (*.pcx)
• Adobe Illustrator (*.ai)

Other conditions that contribute to the error message:

• The drawing contents are much larger than the drawing page, even if the layer that they are associated with is not currently visible.
• The drawing has a linked background page that is in a different scale than the foreground page.

To work around this problem, download the newest Service Release for Microsoft Visio 2002.
