the beginning of this article, you receive the following error message
Error 1310. Error writing to file: file
name. System error 1307. Verify that you have access to that
directory.
Error 1310. Error writing to file: C:\WINNT\system32\C_1252.NLS. System error
1307. Verify that you have access to that directory.

Error 1310. Error writing to file:
C:\WINNT\system32\FM20.DLL. System error 1307. Verify that you have access to
that directory. CAUSE This behavior can occur when you install Microsoft Project
2000 or Microsoft Office 2000 by means of a Microsoft Terminal Server session
in which the system account does not have full permissions to all the necessary
files and folders on the server. This behavior can also occur when the Windows
Installer becomes unregistered during the installation process. RESOLUTION To resolve this issue, use either of the following methods.
