To request professional support over the web, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
  2. Sign in by using your Microsoft account.
  3. Select Support options
  4. In Problem type, select Active Directory.
  5. In the next category, select Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS).
  6. Start Request.
