Word 2000 may quit unexpectedly, or you may receive one of the following error
messages, depending on your operating system. Microsoft Windows 2000: Winword.exe has generated errors and will be
closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created. The
instruction at "0x300ab89e" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could
not be 'read'. Click on OK to terminate the program. An application error has occurred and an
application error log is being generated. WINWORD.exe Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address: 0x300ab89a Winword has caused an error in
WINWORD.EXE. Winword will close. If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer. This program has performed an illegal operation and will
be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.
WINWORD caused an invalid page fault in WINWORD.EXE at 0177:300ab89e.
CAUSE This problem can occur if all the following conditions are
true:
