OL2002: MAPI Breaks IExchangeExportChanges Interface

SYMPTOMS

The Microsoft Office XP released-to-manufacturing (RTM) version of MAPI does not support the IExchangeExportChanges interface. Consequently, programs that require this interface fail.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft Office XP Service Pack 1.
