When you upgrade to Microsoft Office XP Small Business Edition from Microsoft Office 2000, the Microsoft Small Business Customer Manager (SBCM) may be removed unexpectedly.
CAUSE
This behavior is known to occur when you upgrade to Office XP Small Business Edition for the following languages:
If you attempt to apply the Microsoft Small Business Tools 2000 patch after you perform the upgrade, the Small Business Tools 2000 patch does not reinstall SBCM. NOTE: The SCBM is not removed when you upgrade to Office XP Professional or Office XP Professional Professional Plus FrontPage in these languages. The Small Business Tools 2000 patch must be applied for SBCM to work. RESOLUTION
