Terminal Server client, you can see the local printers of other users in your
printer list. If you try to print to another user's printer, you receive an
error message, and access to the printer is denied. CAUSE Excel reads printer information from a section of the
Windows registry. This section lists all printers from all user sessions that
currently exist on the Terminal server. RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, obtain the latest
service pack for Microsoft Office 2000. For additional information, click the
