Microsoft heeft extra updates voor Microsoft Word 2000 vrijgegeven. Deze nieuwe updates bevatten verbeteringen van verschillende functies en hebben tevens een gunstige invloed op de stabiliteit en prestaties van Word 2000.
De updates van Microsoft Word zijn altijd cumulatief. Dit betekent dat u de laatste update (van 25 april 2002) kunt installeren om te beschikken over alle verbeteringen en correcties voor bekende problemen uit eerdere updates. Voordat u de extra updates uit dit artikel gaat installeren, moet u ervoor zorgen dat de geïnstalleerde versie van Word ten minste SR-1 is. U kunt zien welke versie van Microsoft Word u gebruikt door Info te kiezen in het menu Help.
