When you visit a Web site, cookies are unexpectedly blocked or saved on your computer, and your privacy settings may be set at a level other than the level that you specified.
This behavior may occur if the privacy settings are configured by another user on your computer and all users of your computer use the same preferences and desktop settings.
To work around this behavior, enable all users of your computer to customize their preferences, and then configure the cookie settings to the desired security level for each user after they log on to Windows:
Enable Users to Customize Preferences
Reconfigure the Privacy Settings for Each UserHave each user log on to Windows and configure their cookie settings. In Internet Explorer 6, cookies settings are configured on the Privacy tab of the Internet Options dialog box, on the Tools menu.
