To determine the HAL that is loaded:
  1. Right-click the My Computer icon on your desktop, and then click Properties.
  2. Click the Hardware tab.
  3. Click Device Manager.
  4. Click Devices by type on the View menu if this option is not enabled.
  5. Double-click Computer to view which HAL is loaded.
