Microsoft Small Business Server (SBS) 2000 is compatible with all the service packs and updates for the programs that are included with SBS 2000. For example, you can install the latest service pack for Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server on your SBS 2000-based server because Exchange 2000 Server is included with SBS 2000.
This article lists the products and service packs that are included with the different versions of SBS 2000. This article also includes links to the latest updates for each of the SBS 2000 programs.

The following products and service packs are included with SBS 2000 Service Pack 1 (SP1):NOTE SBS 2000 SP1 is no longer available because SBS 2000 SP1a replaced it. However, if you are running SBS 2000 with SP1, you do not have to install SP1a.
