Windows Update is a feature that is included with Windows Me to provide easy access to updates that are released by Microsoft. You can run the Windows Update feature by using either of the following methods:
Click Start, click Windows Update, and then click Scan for updates for a list of available components.
In an Internet Explorer browser window, click Tools, click Windows Update, and then click Scan for updates for a list of available components.
