SYMPTOMS

When you right-click a CD-ROM, and then click Properties, the capacity and label entries may be incorrect or missing.

CAUSE

This problem can be caused by the version of DirectCD that is included in Adaptec EZ-CD Creator 4.01.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, view the capacity and label information by double-clicking My Computer, and then clicking Detail View on the View menu.
