If a delegate user is given "Send as" permission for another user's mailbox, the mail that the delegate user sends on behalf of the mailbox owner may be received with the delegate as the sender, instead of the mailbox owner.
A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
