Symptoms

Some check boxes are unlabeled in the Details View of Report Manager in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Reporting Services (SSRS 2012) or SSRS 2014. This would cause assistive Reading technologies not to be clear when you read off the content.

Note This would fall under 1194.22(a) in Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT). The 1194.22(a) criteria of VPAT resembles the following:

  • 1194.22(a): A text equivalent for every non-text element shall be provided (for example, via "alt", "longdesc", or in element content).

Resolution

The feature improvement was introduced in the following cumulative update of SQL Server.

Each new cumulative update for SQL Server contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous cumulative update. Check out the latest cumulative updates for SQL Server:
