SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) to open an e-mail message that was forwarded from Novell GroupWise, you may receive the following error message:

HTTP/1.1 422 Unprocessable Entity

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Service Pack 2.
