Only (IMO) mode or Corporate or Workgroup (CW) mode with the Internet E-mail
service, the From, To, and cc fields are empty when you open a message whose character set is
set as user-defined. RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, obtain the latest
service pack for Microsoft Office 2000. For additional information, click the
