Incorrect file name in the File Open or File Save dialog boxes

version 5.5 Service Pack 2 (SP2) and Internet Explorer version 6, you may see
an incorrect file name in either the File Open or File Save dialog box, and you may not be able to open or save the file.
CAUSE This problem occurs because the File Open and File Save dialog boxes use the file name from the Internet Explorer Address
bar instead of that actual file name that is specified in the
Content-Disposition header. To force the Content-Disposition file name to
appear in the File Open and File Save dialog boxes, install the patch, and then follow these steps:
