When you open a document that has the DengXian font in Word 2010 on a non-Chinese locale, the DengXian font is substituted with another font unexpectedly even if the DengXian font is installed on the system.

Type windows update, tap or click Settings, and then tap or click View installed updates in the search results.

In the list of updates, locate and then tap or click update KB3054964, and then tap or click Uninstall.
