When a user (User A) creates a message in Microsoft Outlook 2000 with a bulleted list and sends this message to a Microsoft Outlook 2002 user (User B) who replies to the message, the bullets may change format. User A receives a message with a numbered list. If User B opens the message in the Sent Items folder, User B sees that the bulleted list has changed to a numbered list. This issue occurs when the following conditions are true:
