Running ASUS Update Utility Version 3.26 Causes the Computer to Stop Responding

SYMPTOMS

When you run ASUS Update Utility version 3.26, the computer may stop responding (hang). This behavior occurs on a Windows XP-based computer that has an ASUS P3V4X motherboard and an ASUS AGP-V7700 GeForce2 GTS 64-megabyte video adapter.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, contact ASUSTek Computer Inc. to ask about availability of an update that addresses this behavior.
