When you upgrade from Microsoft Outlook 2000 to Microsoft Outlook 2002, your settings in the Offline Address Book (OAB) in Outlook 2000 are not retained. Furthermore, after upgrading you will note that your Offline Address Book settings will be set to download the Offline Address Book with no details.
