SYMPTOMS
After you open a Print Preview window of the folder view, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) may not work correctly. The VBA events may not fire.
CAUSE
Outlook 2002 releases event handlers when the Print Preview window of a folder view is closed.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office XP. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the
