Under stressful disk input/output (I/O) on a volume that uses the NTFS file system, disk inconsistency may occur. You may receive the following error message:
Event ID 41. The file system structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable. Please run the Chkdsk utility on the volume "Name".
Correcting error in index $30 for file 100

Deleting corrupt attribute record (16, "") from file record segment xxx.
