If you create several custom print forms on a print server and use a custom form for default printing, the form that is used for default printing may not be the form that you expect if you change a form parameter.
User forms are saved in the following registry entry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\FormsWhen you create a new form, the values are:
