If you have more than one service in a profile in Outlook 2002, messages with Electronic Forms Designer (EFD) forms or MAPI forms may stay in the
Outbox and not be sent until you click Send/Receive.
CAUSE
This can occur because of a problem with the Outlook Protocol Manager.
