Description of the Microsoft Windows Registry SYMPTOMS
When you run Microsoft Visio 2002 Setup, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following:
Error 1704: An install for Visio 2002 is currently suspended. You must undo the changes made by that install to continue. Do you want to undo those changes? CAUSE
This issue may occur if the following key is present in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\InProgress RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, remove the registry key, and then rerun Visio Setup. To do this, follow these steps.
