Change the Organization Name in Office XP

The organization name that is specified during Office XP Setup is displayed on the splash screen when a program is starting and in the About Microsoft program name dialog box. The About Microsoft program name dialog box is displayed when a user clicks About Microsoft program name on the Help menu of an Office XP program.

To change the organization name in Office XP by using the Custom Maintenance Wizard, follow these steps:
1.Start the Custom Maintenance Wizard.
2.Click Next to advance past the first page of the wizard.
3.Type the path to the MSI file that was used to install Office, and then click Next.
4.Type the path to the Custom Maintenance Wizard file, and then click Next.

If this is the first time that you have used the Custom Maintenance Wizard, select Do not open an existing Custom Maintenance Wizard file, so that the wizard will create a new file.
5.Type the path for the file in which you want to save your new settings. The Custom Maintenance Wizard file that you specified in step 4 is listed as the default choice.
6.Change the organization name, and then finish the wizard. Change any other settings that you want, as well.
