If you navigate to a public folder that has a custom view as its default view in Outlook 2002, the name of that custom view may be truncated to the first character. This problem occurs when you are not the creator of that custom view.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the public folder name is not being handled properly with regard to Unicode.
