http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/To work around this behavior, move the GoldMine add-in file, Gmlink.dot, from the Word Startup folder to a different folder on your hard disk (for example, the My Documents folder), and then rename the Normal.dot template file. To do this, follow these steps:
