If you add a second Mylex AcceleRAID controller to a Windows XP-based computer, you receive the following error message on a blue screen after the Found New Hardware Wizard starts:
STOP 0x000000D1 (0xf8a5802c, 0x00000006, 0x00000000, 0xf847f8a4) DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL CAUSE
The original Dac2w2k.sys driver that is included with Windows XP does not work if multiple controllers are installed. The controllers that are affected by this issue include:
