After you upgrade from Microsoft Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2002, the Automatic Formatting rules that you created in Outlook 2000 that are based on user-defined fields in a custom form are turned off (disabled), and you receive the following error message:
There was a problem with 1 of your automatic formatting rules and it has been disabled. Under the View menu, choose Current View, Customize Current View, then click Automatic Formatting to edit it.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office XP. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the

To work around this problem, turn-on (enable) the Automatic Formatting option in Outlook 2002.
