When you try to start Microsoft Windows XP or Microsoft Windows 2000 , you may receive one of the following error messages, depending on your operating system. Windows XP Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: \windows\System32\Drivers\Isapnp.sys
Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: \Winnt\System32\Drivers\Isapnp.sys CAUSE
This issue may occur if the Isapnp.sys file is damaged or is not present in the path that the error message specifies. RESOLUTION
