SYMPTOMS
When you try to create a new custom label, you receive the following error message:
The margins, label size, and number across or down values produce a page that is larger than the label page size.
CAUSE
This issue occurs when the label information that you typed in the New Custom laser dialog box (or the New Custom dot matrix dialog box) is incorrect for the page size that is selected.
NOTE: To view the New Custom laser dialog box or New Custom dot matrix dialog box, point to Letters and Mailings on the Tools menu, and then click Envelopes and Labels. On the Labels tab, click Options and then click New Label. RESOLUTION
To correct this problem, type the correct label size information for the custom label that you are creating.
