SYMPTOMS

If you use the Outlook View control in an Outlook Today page or another Outlook folder home page, the Outlook View control takes a long time to load and may not appear as expected.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office XP. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
