in a message that is in Rich Text Format (RTF) or plain text format, you
receive a "Host not found" error. CAUSE This problem occurs because there is not an extension at
the end of the URL, as in the following example:
http://ServerName
RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, obtain the latest
service pack for Microsoft Office 2000. For additional information, click the
