The Outlook Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) provider does not display the title or the business phone number in the Check Names dialog box. The LDAP provider only displays the display name, e-mail name and e-mail type.

After you install the fix described in this article, the Business Phone, Office, Title, and Company fields are displayed so you can further distinguish the entries in the Check Names dialog box. The operation of this fix may be hampered if you cannot search on the full display name of a contact.
