If you view a public folder that contains calendaring information, the data may not appear correctly. For example, some folders appear to be empty when the folder should contain appointments.
CAUSE
This problem can occur in a Microsoft Exchange Site that has multiple servers that house public folders with calendaring data. The client always correctly displays the public folder data on the first server where it opens a public folder. It does not correctly display data that is housed on a different server during the same client session.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office XP. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the
